Tim brings over 15 years of M&A leadership and GTM strategy to Acquire2Win. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Salesforce on M&A integration teams, supporting over 20 acquisitions. As Founder and CEO of Acquire2Win, Tim is dedicated to bridging the "execution gap" for Corporate Development and Private Equity buyers, leveraging proven playbooks to ensure high-impact outcomes and consistent revenue growth from Day 1.


Gagan brings over 13 years of M&A leadership to Acquire2Win. After helping build Salesforce’s global M&A Integration practice, he now focuses on helping clients navigate complex Enterprise and Mid-Market acquisitions. He has built a career transforming high-stakes integrations into long-term competitive advantages. At Acquire2Win, he leads growth operations and ensures every client partnership hits its mark.


With 20 years of experience supporting clients across growth stages, Megan is a seasoned operator. She has served as an executive leading global teams, building high-performing organizations in fast-paced, high-change environments. Megan brings hands-on experience navigating complexity, including field-level integration leadership across a range of transactions. Pairing strategic clarity with operational rigor, Megan is known for transforming ambitious goals into execution—aligning teams and systems to drive sustainable growth.


Alice brings 12 years of GTM leadership and strategic finance to Acquire2Win. Formerly on Salesforce’s GTM Strategy team, she specialized in M&A and consumption model transformation for scaled growth. Her career is built at the intersection of private equity, enterprise software, and operational execution, with a focus on turning complex integrations into clear financial outcomes. At Acquire2Win, Alice bridges the gap between strategy and sales velocity, ensuring clients maximize value from Day 1. She holds a B.S. from Cornell and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
